1. Refund and Exchange Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, refunds or exchanges are only offered in cases where items have a flaw in the manufacturing process. We stand by the quality of our products and will gladly replace or refund defective items.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to a manufacturing flaw, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receiving your item.
